At Smart Gate Systems, we suggest routine maintenance for standard upkeep of gate systems and to avoid unexpected issues and problems. We offer this service to new clients and existing clients. Please find our Preventative Maintenance Options listed below.
Preventative Maintenance options
- Quarterly maintenance package is $700 per operator for the year (4 visits). This is the recommended option for highly used gates that are used more than 20 times per day and are in high traffic areas with high winds, dust, dirt and debris. This provides a total savings of $800 per operator when you book upfront for the package. We want our clients taken care of and your gate to have the maintenance it deserves for longevity and resilience.
- The by-annual maintenance package is $550 per operator for the year (2 visits). This is best fit for areas with no dust, leaf debris and the gates are used minimally. This package offers a savings of $200 per operator with upfront booking.
- A maintenance visit once per year is an option at $375 per operator for each visit. This would be for a seldomly used gate.
gate repairs
When repairs for your system are needed, our team will show up in a timely manner and assess or troubleshoot the gate and gate system. The starting fee is $375.00 for diagnostics which includes one hour of labor; anything over an hour will be charged by the hour, or if needed, costs for new products may apply.

CAMERA REPAIRS
We will assess and troubleshoot camera systems that are in need of repair or replacement, including the cameras or recording hardware. The starting fee is $275.00 for diagnostics which includes one hour of labor; anything over an hour will be charged by the hour, or if needed, costs for new products may apply.
