We have gone through several gate companies with issues on our two gates, Garrett was able to isolate and fix the problem (weight of the gates) and we have had no issues with our gates since.  Garrett and Smart Gate Systems has become our alarm specialist. Whether it is wiring, sensors or Mux boxes, Garrett and Jason have the knowledge base to cover our every security need.  If Garrett doesn't answer on first call, he always returns my call as soon as possible.  Wildhorse Self Storage can't say enough about how vital Smart Gate Systems is to our business running smoothly."

 "We were looking for a quality fencing contractors for a many years and have hired other local vendors for previous jobs with continuous problems. Fence posts that weren’t completely in the concrete and a top rail that was cut in the without any additional support. Then a windstorm actually take down our fencing perimeter. When I reached out to this previous contractor. They wanted to charge an additional amount for their faulty installation only after four months. Then motor on the automatic gate went bad before the year warranty. We had enough of working with lies and their poor workmanship and reached out to Smart Gate. They came on site and said that the motor that was placed inside the gate was actually three years old, and would not be covered under any type of warranty. Imagine that, being told a fence that was just purchased had an old motor in it. Garrett and his staff at Smart Gate took on this task and took care of the automatic gate which was vital to our business. Since then we’ve had Smart Gate install an automatic gate at our transit station and other projects jobs with precision and excellent communication. Currently have them maintaining five automatic gates on a quarterly rotation, and have been extremely pleased finding this vendor ever since. "

"What can I say, the Smart Gate Systems team has been a real help to us since 1996. We live on Highway  24 west of Colorado Springs. Garrett and his guys have always been prompt and accurate in their adjustments and repairs to our security gate. We installed the brand, Nice, operators several years ago. Also recently added the Optex sensor system for exit. Very impressed. We experience lots of nearby lightning strikes, so the suppression systems have worked perfectly.  Also installed an EMP shield, which protects from a EMP or CME to protect the compute chips. Smartgate Systems has been just absolutley wonderful to us. Can't be happier!"
